Your email platform will tell you a campaign had a decent open rate and a handful of clicks. What it won't tell your sales team is which companies those clicks came from, where they are and how to ring them.
Email insight in Adeptis fills that gap. It syncs your campaign data from your email platform (Spotler is supported) and puts it next to everything else you know about those companies. Adeptis doesn't send email itself. You carry on sending the way you do now, and Adeptis does the reporting.
Every campaign in one list
The campaign list shows every synced campaign with its name, when it was scheduled, how many were sent and whether the report is ready. Search by campaign name to find the one you want.

Because the view is fed from synced data rather than asking the email platform every time you click, it's fast and it's reliable.
It also means your sales and editorial teams can look at results without logins to the email platform. They see the campaigns, the figures and the companies, inside the system they already use every day, and the people who build and send the campaigns carry on working exactly as they do now.
The campaign report
Open a campaign and the headline figures sit across the top: sent, delivered, opens, clicks and bounces. Below that is every tracked link with its click total, so you can see which story, offer or advert actually got the attention.
That's useful on its own. If you run third-party e-blasts for advertisers, it's also the evidence you send them afterwards.
Companies that clicked: a ready-made lead list
This is the part sales teams like. Under the link totals, Adeptis lists the unique companies that clicked, with address, phone number, country and how many clicks each made.
Say a campaign about an industry event goes out to your readers. The next morning your sales team has a list of the companies that showed interest, with a phone number next to each. That's email engagement turned into pipeline, without anyone exporting click logs into a spreadsheet and matching them up by hand.
Bounces aren't the same as unsubscribes
Adeptis keeps reachability (bounces and suppression) separate from consent (unsubscribes). An address that bounces is a delivery problem. Someone who unsubscribes has withdrawn permission. Mixing the two up either loses you readers who are perfectly happy to hear from you, or keeps mailing people who've said no. There's more on how consent is held under security and GDPR.
How it fits with the rest
The companies in the lead list are the same companies in your CRM, so a rep can click through to the full record: who works there, what they've advertised and what you've written about them. List membership from the same synced data also feeds email reach in the media pack.
When you need to build a list to send to, audience selection exports it to CSV for your email platform. When an advertiser wants proof, pair the campaign report with the advertising reports for their banners and sponsored ads.
Email insight is one of the things Adeptis covers that Avio doesn't. Avio, for larger publishers and groups, concentrates on subscriptions, circulation and finance. Avio or Adeptis sets out the difference.

Questions
Does Adeptis send our emails?
No. You keep sending from your email platform. Adeptis syncs the campaign data and reports on it.
Which email platforms does it work with?
Spotler is supported. If you use something else, talk to us and we'll tell you what's involved.
What's in the companies list?
Each company that clicked, with its address, phone number, country and how many clicks it made.
Does a bounce count as an unsubscribe?
No. Adeptis keeps reachability (bounces and suppression) separate from consent (unsubscribes), so a delivery problem isn't mistaken for someone withdrawing permission.
